This can be addressed by a condition of approval that says:
#. In the event that OLU lots have not been platted by the time the applicant seeks approval of an OLU structure
that crosses an existing property line, do either of the following to remove the property line from the
development area of the unit (shown as a tentative plan lot by site plan):
A. Adjust the property line so that it is located entirely outside the areas proposed for development with OLU
cabins (the tentative plan lots depicted on site plan); and/or
B. Eliminate property lines through lot consolidations.
The attached map shows that property lines for lots of record run through some of the cabin lots and the proposed
locations of one or two of the cabins. The map illustrates one way that the issue could be addressed in order to show
that it is feasible to address the issue as proposed by the condition of approval above. It would also be possible to
simply eliminate one or both property lines by lot consolidations. TL 7900 and 7800 could be consolidated then TL
7800/7900 and Lot of Record 3 of TL 7700 could be consolidated. A combination of lot line adjustments and
consolidations could also be used to the same effect.
I previously sent you copies of the lot of record decisions for TL 7900, 7800 and TL 7700. Please include them in the
record.
Thank you,
Liz Fancher

Liz,
I’ve been working on findings for the either-or decision for the OLUs (development before or after platting of A1).
I just realized that, if developed prior to platting, many of the structures straddle a legal lot line. Could you address this
in relevant criteria with a supplemental burden?
Thanks,
Will
