ORDER NO. 84-221 WHEREAS, on July 11, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, initiated by Resolution the improvement of certain dedicated public roads known as all of Glenwood Drive and all of Allen Drive in Deschutes County, Oregon; and WHEREAS, the Resolution was referred to the County Engineer, who investigated the improvement and estimated the cost of the improvement, and a cost estimate of this improvement has been prepared in accordance with ORS 371.625; and WHEREAS, notice pursuant to ORS 371.630 has been mailed to each benefited property owner; and WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed improvement was held on August 11 1984, at 10:00 a.m. at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, for the purpose of hearing remonstrances on said improvements; and WHEREAS, twelve (12) objections were filed with the Board of County Commissioners regarding said road improvements, con- stituting less than fifty per cent (50%) of the property owners within the district now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. To improve certain dedicated public roads known as all of Glenwood Drive and all of Allen Drive to Deschutes County Local Road Standards for the benefit of the area described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorpor- ated herein. Section 2. That the dedicated roads to be improved within the District escribed in Section 1 of this Order are to be improved by contract and are described as follow ED ICE�� 1 - ORDER NO. 84-221 g95 Ap VOL 55 FACE 07 All of Glenwood Drive and all of Allen Drive lying within the PLAT OF GLENWOOD ACRES, as filed in volume 7, Page 33, Cabinet A-107 of the plat records in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described in Section 1 is subject to a lien of an assessment for the costs of the improvement, in an amount to be determined later by an Order of the Board of County Commissioners. Estimates of the liens of assessment against each parcel are set forth in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 4. The County Clerk shall endorse upon the Order the date of the filing thereof, and shall record and index the same in a Lien Docket in the office of the County Clerk. DATED this L /t day of 6V44 1984.
