This matter conn ng before the Comari.ssion upon the petition of Helen
Rastovich as Tax Collector, for Jack McMurtrie, 11961 Doral Avenue,
Northridge, Ca. 91326.
It appearing that the assessor's JV#81285 corrected a clerical error
and the supplemental tax portion had not been corrected. Refund was created.
It appearing that is is necessary to refund the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311:806, Oregon Revised
Statutes, That Helen Rastovich, as Tax Collector refund the amount of
$ 84.49.
