IN THE MATTER OF City of Bend Urban Area Map for Federal Aid Urban Boundary: At this time the Board approved the City of Bend Urban Area Map for Federal Aid Urban Boundary. IN THE MATTER OF Power Line Easement for Central Electric Cooperative, Inc.: At this time the Board approved a Power Line Easement for Central Electric Cooperative, Inc. IN THE MATTER OF A Resolution Declaring Certain Property Surplus: At this time the Board approved Resolution No. 84-042 amending Resolution No. 84-041, a Resolution declaring certain property surplus property, by the addition of property to the surplus property list. IN THE MATTER OF A Declaration of Dedication: At this time the Board approved a Declaration of Dedication from Thomas L. Clark and Constance L. Clark. IN THE MATTER OF A Declaration of Dedication: At this time the Board approved a Declaration of Dedication from George D. Trout, Jr. and Nora R. Copeland. IN THE MATTER OF A Personal Services Contract with the Tumbleweed Clinic in Redmond: At this time the Board approved a Personal Services Contract with Robert E. Guild and Michael Price of the Tumbleweed Clinic in Redmond. IN THE MATTER OF An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 83-056, Adoptinq the Buildin Codes: At this time the Board approved Ordinance No. 84-028, amending Ordinance No. 83-056, an Ordinance adopting building codes, to adopt the 1984 edition of the State of Oregon Electrical Specialty Safety Code, and declaring an emergency. IN THE MATTER OF Accepting Petition for Order and An Order Designating a Newspaper for the Publication of the 1983-84 Foreclosures List: At this time the Board accepted a Petition for Order Designating Newspaper and approved Order No. 84-233, designating a newspaper for the publication of the 1983-84 Deschutes County Foreclosures List. The Bend Bulletin was the designated newpaper. IN THE MATTER OF An Agreement Between Deschutes County and Deschutes Home Health Care, Inc.: At this time the Board approved an Agreement between Deschutes County and Deschutes Home Health Care, Inc. transferring the Home Health Department and Personal Services Contracts to a non-profit corporation. IN THE MATTER OF Orders In The Matter of Refund of Taxes: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-234 through Order No. 84-246 refunding taxes. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Vacating a Portion of Woodside Road: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-216, vacating a portion of Woodside Road, located in Brightenwood Estates IV, as recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Vacatinq a Portion of "A" Avenue in Terrebonne: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-219, vacating a portion of "A" Avenue, in Terrebonne, Oregon located in Township 14S, Range 13E, Section 16, Deschutes County Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Vacating a Portion of Murphy Road: At this time the Board ap roved Order No. 84-220, an Order vacating a portion of Murphy Road, located in Township 18S, Range 12E, Section 21, Deschutes County, Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Transferring Appropriations in the Deschutes County Budget: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-248, an Order transferring appropriations in the Deschutes County Budget, and directing entries. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Providing For the Distribution of Earned Interest for the 1983-84 Fiscal Year: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-247, an Order providing for the distribution of earned interest for the 1983-84 fiscal year. IN THE MATTER OF A Resolution Authorizing Albert A. Young to Execute Documents for the State and Local Agreement for Title II, Hazard Eliminatign Program: At this time the Board approved Resolution No. 84-043, a Resolution authorizing Albert A. Young to execute documents on behalf of Deschutes County for the State and Local Agreement for Title II, Hazard Elimination Program. IN THE MATTER OF Construction -Finance Agreement between State of Oregon Department of Transportation, Highway Division and Deschutes Count: At this time the Board approved an agreement between the State of Oregon Department of Transportation, Highway Division and Deschutes County for the horizontal/vertical no -passing zone striping. IN THE MATTER OF Declaration of Dedication from Majorie Broome: At this time the Board approved a Declaration of Dedication from Majorie Broome as a requirement of Minor Partition No. 83-19. IN THE MATTER OF A Maintenace Agreement between Deschutes County and Office Systems Group: At this time the Board approved an addition to the Maintenance Agreement between Deschutes County and Office Systems Group for typewriters. IN THE MATTER OF A Resolution Authorizing the Loan of $400,000 from the General Fund to the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund: At this time the Board approved Resolution No. 84-049, a Resolution authorizing the loan of $400,000 from the General Fund to the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Levy Fund, providing for interest, and requiring repayment. IN THE MATTER OF A Resolution Declaring the Intention to Transfer_ Property to Anot er Governmental Body: At this time the Board approved Resolution No. 84-044, a Resolution declaring the intention to transfer property to another governmental body, setting a hearing for the purpose of hearing objections to the transfer, and providing notice. Hearing scheduled for October 24, 1984. IN THE MATTER OF An Order Transferring Appropriations in the Deschutes County Budget, and Directing Entries: At this time the Board approved Order No. 84-265, an Order transferring appropriations in the Deschutes County Budget, and directing entries. IN THE MATTER OF A Grant Agreement with March of Dimes: At this time the Board approved a Grant Agreement between Deschutes County and the March of Dimes for the Prenatal Program. IN THE MATTER OF An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Deschutes County General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1984: At this time the Board approved Ordinance No. 84-030, authorizing the issuance of Deschutes County General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1984, and declaring an emergency.
