Amendments to Chairman Tuttle noted that signature of Deed the Agenda Contract; change of ownership of T and M Repair and Auto/Truck Wrecking; consideration of contract documents for the South Canal/- Odem Medo Project; and signature of Order No. 85-034 relating to the improvement of Special Road District #4 are amendments to the agenda. South Canal/ After prior approval of the Board, Odem Medo Proj. Dave Hoerning, County Engineer requested signature of the South Canal/Odem Medo Project contracts. MOTION: PRANTE moved that we sign the contract documents for the South Canal/Odem Medo Project when they - are presented and after review by Legal Counsel. Consideration of L.G.P.I. to Conduct a Classi- fication%Compensa- tion Study of Elected Officials Acceptance of Agreements to Provide County Employees with Identification Cards Chairman Tuttle stated that a Personal Services contract must appear before the Board prior to the study. Postponed until next week. MOTION: PRANTE moved that we sign the agreements knowing we have other options to use as well. MAUDLIN: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. -2- ' VOL 64 FACE Consideration of Sue Stoneman, Secretary to the Board of Computer Purchase Commissioners, presented two bids on the for BOCC Office computer purchase for the BOCC Office. Computerland was the low bidder at $8,717.80. which includes two P.C.'s and software for both computers. The Board requested delaying their decision until 11:00 a.m. when they re- convene. Other Staff and Chairman Tuttle announced that Deschutes Public Concerns County has received a grant awarding $10,000 to be used for a feasibility study of the LaPine Sewer Project. Deschutes County will be the administrator of that grant. Chairman Tuttle also commended Jess Butler and Mike Burton for their effort in this venture.
