An Order for the Sale of
Certain Property Acquired by
Deschutes County.

WHEREAS, Deschutes County has acquired title to certain property
pursuant to tax foreclosure proceedings on file in the Circuit Court
of the State of Oregon for Deschutes County; and
WHEREAS, the foreclosure of said property is completed, and that
a deed in the regular form has been executed by the Deschutes County
Tax Collector and recorded in the Deed Records of Deschutes County;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the best interests of the
County to sell the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and that the
minimum price set forth after the description of each parcel, be the
minimum price for any said sale; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the Deschutes County Sheriff hereby is
authorized and directed to offer for sale the property described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein, to the highest and best bidders for cash, but not less than
the minimum price hereby fixed.
Section 2. That each purchaser of the property described in
Section 1 of this Order shall be a property owner who possesses
contiguous property. The sale of each parcel described in Section 1
is contingent upon the sale of all parcels to eligible buyers.
Failure of all parcels to be purchased by abutting property owners
pursuant to the sale shall cause the rejection of all offers of
purchase.
Section 3. That said sale to be made at the West door of the
Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,
June 20, 1985.
