RESOLUTION NO. 85 -021
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
EXTENSION AND 4 -H SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes
County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Deschutes County
Extension and 4 -H Service District hereby levies the taxes provided
in the Deschutes County Extension and 4 -H Service District Budget for
the fiscal year 1985 -86, in the aggregate amount of $89,469.00, and
that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within
Deschutes County, Oregon, shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1:00
a.m., January 1, 1985. The following allocation constitutes the
above levy:
General Fund $89,469.00
Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July
1, 1985, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as
follows:

Materials and Services
Capital Outlay
Operating Contingency

Section 3. That the Budget Officer of the Deschutes County
Extension and 4 -H Service District certify to the County Clerk and
County Assessor, Deschutes County, Oregon, and the Department of
Revenue of the State of Oregon, the tax levy made by this Resolution,
and file with them a copy of this Resolution as adopted in accordance
with ORS 294.555.
