paper For the Publication of
Notice of Issue of Warrants
For the Collection of Delin-
quent Taxes on Personal
Property.
ORDER NO. 85-098
WHEREAS, now on this 10th day of July, 1985, there comes on
for consideration by the Deschutes County Board of Commission-
ers, duly convened for the transaction of County business, the
matter of the designation of a newspaper for the publication of
the Deschutes County Notice of Issue of Warrants for the Collec-
tion of Delinquent Taxes on Personal Property, prepared by the
Deschutes County Tax Collector; and
WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board that the "Bulletin",
published in Deschutes County, Oregon, is a newspaper of general
circulation in said County, and in all respects qualified to
publish said Notice of Issue of Warrants for the Collection of
Delinquent Taxes on Personal Property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the "Bulletin" be, and the same hereby is,
designated as the newspaper in which said Deschutes County Notice
of Issue of Warrants for the Collection of Delinquent Taxes on
Personal Property shall be published.
Section 2. That there shall be four (4) weekly publications
of said Notice of Warrants in said newspaper.
