THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 85-004 is amended to
read:
"Regular Board of County Commissioners' Meetinas. The
Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County,
Oregon, shall meet for the transaction of County
business on each Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
in the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex. Said meet-
ings shall constitute the regular meetings of the Board
of County Commissioners."
Section 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 85-004 is amended to
read:
"Work Sessions and Department Head Meetinqs. The Board
of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon,
shall meet in work session on each Monday of each month
at 10:00 a.m. and on the first through the fourth
Wednesdays of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Deschutes
County Courthouse Annex. Wednesday work sessions shall
be reserved for Department Head meetings as follows:

Section 3. Ordinance No. 85-026 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
