OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 13 of Ordinance No. CG -3, "Penalties",
is amended to read as follows:
"Section 13. Penalties. Any person who
violates or tails to comply with any provi-
sions of this Ordinance, or who, having
obtained a permit hereunder, wilfully fails
to continue to comply with the terms and
conditions thereunder, or who counsels, aids
or abets such a violation or failure to
comply commits a Class A infraction, and
shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine
of not more than $500. A failure from day to
day to comply with this ordinance shall be a
separate offense for each such day, and shall
be punishable as a continuing infraction
under Ordinance No. 82-012."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
