ORDINANCE NO. 86-027 t'
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Subsection B of Section 22 of Ordinance No. 82-
012, "Schedule of Fines", is amended to read as follows:
"B. An assessment of a fine for an infrac-
tion shall be an assessment to pay an amount
not exceeding:
1. $500 for a Class A infraction.
2. $250 for a Class B infraction.
3. $100 for a Class C infraction.
4. $1000 for any continuing in-
fraction under Section 23 of this
Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
