THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 24 of Ordinance No. PL -17 is amended to
read as follows:
"Section 24. Appeals. Appeals shall follow
the procedures established by Ordinance No.
82-011 except that within the city limits the
hearing shall be held by the City Council."
Section 2. Subsection (2) of Section 26 of Ordinance No.
PL -17 is amended to read as follows:
"(2) Penalties For Violations. Any person,
firm or corporation, whether as principal,
agent, employee or otherwise, violating or
causing the violation of any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance commits a Class B
infraction, and upon conviction thereof shall
be punishable by a fine of not more than
$250. Such person, firm or corporation shall
be deemed guilty of a separate offense for
each and every day during any portion of
which any violation of this Ordinance is
committed or continued by such a person, firm
or corporation and shall be punishable as a
continuing infraction as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 82-012."
Section 3. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its
passage.
