MARCH 26, 1986 REGULAR MEETING
Chairman Prante called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
Commissioners Tuttle and Maudlin were in attendance; Legal
Counsel, Rick Isham, was also present.
Amendments to Chairman Prante read aloud the amendments

and added that nothing has been done since
that time; however billings will be sent out
for the full amount, which is now delinquent.

The Board concurred that those people whose
assessments have not been paid, will be given
an opportunity to return the finance state-
ment with the first installment or pay the
amount in full. The Board also agreed that
if either of these options are not followed,
then foreclosure of property will commence.
MOTION: TUTTLE moved to direct County
Counsel to send a certified letter
to those who have not returned a
financing statement nor paid their
assessment for local improvement
districts, Road District No. 1,
No. 4, and 16th Street; allowing
them to either pay in full, or to
return the financing statement with
the first installment prior to
April 20, 1986, and if not returned
by that date, foreclosure will
commence.
