Amendments to Chairman Prante read aloud the amendments to the Agenda the agenda. Vector Control Districts Claude Sprouse, 56180 Solar Drive, Bend, Oregon, stated that there is a problem with test holes that are dug and not filled after testing by the County's Sanitation Depart- ment. Mr. Sprouse requested cooperation from the County to see that the test holes are filled to prevent the spread of mosquito larvae. Mr. Sprouse also indicated a problem with spray operators who are not abiding by State codes. Chairman Prante stated that this matter will be reviewed. Chairman Prante requested comments regarding Lazy River South Vector Control District. Gordan Forslund, 53163 Riverview Dr., LaPine, gave a brief overview of their annual vector control plan. Chairman Prante requested Mr. Forslund obtain an approval letter from the Fish and Wildlife Department for the Board's review. Chairman Prante requested comments regarding Deschutes River Recreation Homesites Unit 6 Vector Control District. Marianne DeWitt, 16245 Mountain Sheep Lane, Bend, Oregon, gave a brief overview of their annual vector control district. Chairman Prante closed the public hearings. Chairman Prante added that approval of the vector control district annual reports will be made next week.
