WHEREAS, various departments of Deschutes County charge fees
and charges for services and permits; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee sched-
ules of the County annually each July 1 in accordance with Ordi-
nance No. 85 -005, as amended; and
WHEREAS, various Deschutes County departments have proposed
fees and charges for services and permits; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on April 30, 1986, and continued said hearing to May 14,
1986, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the
fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit
"A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and
permits set forth in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and
charges of Deschutes County, Oregon.
Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits
adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1,
1986.
Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in
effect prior to July 1, 1986, are hereby superseded.

We have noted a continuing problem with civil papers arriving at this
office without the correct number of copies attached to complete service.
In the past, this office has made the additional copies needed for no
additional charge. However, as of , if civil process
papers are received at this office without proper number of copies
attached for service, a fee of 20Q per page needed, will be charged to
the party, or office bringing /sending the papers in.
This has become necessary because of increased cost of copying (including
paper, repair costs on the copy machine, employee time used to make copies,
etc.)
