That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Deschutes County Extension and 4 -H Service District, hereby adopts the Budget approved by the Budget Committee for the fiscal year 1985 -86, in the total sum of $149,659.00, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2.
