VOL 2 FACE 1
Rick Isham sent out memos regarding the policy discussed last
Monday to all department heads asking them to respond with any
concerns directly to the board by 10:00 a.m. next Monday.
Jim France and Terry Silbaugh explained to the board what the
county's involvement is in the Cascade Lakes Triathlon. He
stated that the county's participation is in the area of safety
only not as a sponsor or supervisor nor is the county liable.
The mention of the county on the flyer promoting the event was
only as a recognition of a service provided. The board wants to
make sure that people realize that the county does not approve
events.
The meeting was adjourned.
