There were no amendments.
Public Hearing on the Transfer of Jursidiction of Certain
County Roads to the City of Redmond
Chair Prante opened the public hearing and asked for
comments from those wishing to speak in favor. Hearing
none, she asked for all those wishing to speak in
opposition. Hearing none in oppostion, Chair Prante closed
the hearing.
Rick Isham stated that these roads were improved to an
agreed upon standard.
MOTION: Chair PRANTE entertained a motion to sign
Order No. 86-054, transferring said jurisdiction.

Discussion Regarding Agreement with Lane County
Commissioner Maudlin stated that he does not believe that
the county should agree to the transfer of prisoners with
Lane County. Chair Prante concurred and stated that the
county should postpone a decision until the insurance
coverage issue is resolved. Rick Isham stated that he would
like to see some definitive program outlined for this issue.
Commissioner Tuttle stated that he wanted to go on record as
opposing the holding of prisoners given the county's present
liability insurance level. It was decided to discuss this
issue further in two weeks.
Consideration and Possible Signature on Contract Documents
for Emulsified Asphalt

Discussion Regarding Request for Fee Waiver for City of
Sisters
This was to construct a gazebo. The total amount of the fee
to be waived is $105.
MOTION: TUTTLE moved to waive the fees except for the
state surcharges.

Discussion Regarding Move and Remodel of Facilities at
County Shops for Sheriff's Mechanic
This was postponed until next Monday's work session.
Consideration and Possible Signature of Subgrant Agreement
with the City of Redmond
This is for previously approved JSC funds.
MOTION: Chair PRANTE entertained a motion to sign the
contract with the City of Redmond for JSC
program.

Possible Appointments to the Weed Advisory Board
The appointees are Keith Cyrus, Don Amberg, Bob Haggerty,
