1. Amendments to the Agenda
Chair Prante read aloud the amendments to the agenda.
2. Award of 5 -Year Pin to Ralph Delamarter
Ralph Delamarter was commended for his five years of service
to the county.
Mr. Delamarter presented an agreement to the board that
allows northwest libraries to share resources.
MOTION: Chair PRANTE entertained a motion to authorize
the chair to sign contingent upon review by legal
counsel.

Attorney's office to use a state stamp to certify letters
for support enforcement.

intergovernmental agreement for limited delegation
of specific authority.

Enforcement Services Agreement with Children's Services
Division
MOTION: Chair PRANTE entertained a motion to sign.

understanding that the agreement did not involve additional
staff.

George Read stated that this amends the ordinance to comply
with state law as applied to areas which are zoned
agricultural.
MOTION: TUTTLE moved for first and second reading of
Ordinance No. 86-059 by title only.
MAULIN: Second.
Commissioner Maudlin wanted to know how the county has not
been in compliance. George Read explained that state law
does not allow concrete batch plants and hot plants for
asphalt and the county's ordinance does allow it. This
amendment allows for zone changes in agricultural areas

without needing to amend the comprehensive plan.
