ORDER NO. 86-084
WHEREAS, Empire Avenue is a public road within unincor-
porated Deschutes County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, Empire Avenue and the overcrossing constructed
under EDA Project No. 07-01-02837 are substantially completed7
and
WHEREAS, said road has been constructed to County road
standards7
WHEREAS, the Engineer has recommended that the Board of
County Commissioners establish said road as a County road7 now,
therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County hereby accepts EDA Project
No. 07-01-02837.
Section 2. That the public road described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, be
hereby established as a County road.
