WHEREAS, a petition requesting a vacation of a portion of R&, d ,
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, was filed with t -he Board of County
'Clommissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, on October 29, _1986; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intent to
vacate said Road by Resolution No. 86-058, dated October 29, 1986; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with 'Law; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on December 10, 1986 to consider the
proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the public interest to vacate
the pub�. ic property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS
as follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit, "A", is hereby
vacated to Bend Golf and Country Club, an Oregon Non -Profit Corporation.
Section 2. That the property, described in Exhibit "B" is hereby
vacated to Timber Ridge Homeowners Association, an Oregon Non-Proflt
Corporation.
Section 3. That Deschutes County requested that this road be vacated,
and therefore payment of costs is waived.
Section 4. That any person liable for payment of costs shall pay the
amount of costs established.
Section 5. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark the
plat, if any, as provided in ORB Z71.230.
Section 6. That this Order shall be recorded with the Deschutes County
Clerk, and copies shall be filed with the Deschutes County Surveyor and
County Assessor.

Description of a portion to be vacated to Bond Golf and Country
Club, an Oregon Non -Profit Corporation.
A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter (NEW SEW) of Section 17, Township 18 South,
Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridiang Deschutes County,
Oregon, being moro particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 2" Brass cap marking the East one-quarter
corner of said Section 17; thence South 000 32' 130 West 523-63
feet along the East line of said Section 17 to a point on the
southwesterly right-of-way line of the new alignment of Murphy
Road being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along the
East line of said Section 17 South 000 321 13" West 77.83 feet;
thence 103.18 feet along the are of a 220.00 foot radius curve to
the right, the chord of which bears Worth 120 311 3411 West 102.23
feet; thence North 000 541 1811 East 60.68 feet to a point on the
southwesterly right-of-way line of the now alignment of Murphy
Road; thence along said right-of-way line 85.60 feet along the
arc of a 530.00 foot radius curve to the left, the chord of which
bears South 140 521 100 East 85.51 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County,
Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 2" Brass cap marking the West one-quarter
corner of said Section 16; thence South 000 321 13m West 523.63
feet along the West line of said Section 16 to a point on the
Southwesterly right-of-way line of the new alignment of Murphy
Road being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said
right-of-way line 339.30 feet along the arc of a 530.00 foot
