Chair Prante called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.
Commissioners Maudlin and Tuttle were in attendance. Rick Isham,

1. Amendments to the Agenda DEC 1 1 19aU
Chair Prante read aloud the amendments to the agenda stating
that item #11 and amendment #2 are postponed for one week.
2. Public Hearing on the Revisions to the Sisters
Transportation Plan Map
Denyse McGriff gave the staff report. She stated that this
revision would remove a road from the transportation plan
map. She also stated that the residents of the area
requested this.
Chair Prante called the public hearing to order and asked
for comments from those wishing to speak in favor. Hearing
none, she asked for comments from those wishing to speak in
opposition. Hearing none, she closed the public hearing.

reading of Ordinance No. 86-077.

3. Presentation of Special Transportation Fund Check to
Deschutes County from State Transit Division
Steve Fosdick, Department of Transportation, presented a
check for $42,722 to the County. He stated that this is the
first payment from the Special Transportation Fund. He
further stated that organizations benefiting from this are
the Central Oregon Council on Aging, Transcentral,
Opportunity Foundation, Residential Assistance Program, and
Dial -A -Ride.
4. Possible Signature of Order No. 86-084 Accepting EDA
Project No. 07-01-02837 and Establishing a Portion of Empire
Avenue as a County Road

Rick Isham stated that this would delete the ordinance
provisions relating to an administrative law judge. He
further stated that this puts the infractions procedure back
into the District Court.
