Tuttle Dick Maudlin r-" N tJ The Board of Equalization met December 16, 1986 to review the Deschutes County Assessor's Preliminary Ratio Study. The Department of Revenue's letter of response to the assessor's preliminary ratio study was also discussed. The Board is in agreement with the results of the study presented by Chief Appraiser Jim Willis and Data Analyst Cheryl Hays of the Assessor's office. The Board would like the assessor's office to continue the study of sales ratios for the last four months of the 1986 year. This data is to be used to document any adjustments that might be found necessary in the county's final ratio study. The Board wants to commend the assessor's office on the conscientious detail of this data. We are very pleased with the cooperation and explanation of the ratio study given us by the assessor's office. Sincerely, DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION Dick Maudlin, Chair DM:prt 86 -201.2
