DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 24, 1986
Commissioner Tuttle called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m.
Commissioner Maudlin was in attendance. Rick Isham, Legal
Counsel, was also present. Chair Prante was absent.
1. Amendments to the Agenda
Commissioner Tuttle read aloud the amendments to the agenda.
2. Consideration and Possible Signature of Ordinance No 86-
079, a Zone Change from SMR to SM for Property Located
Northwest of Lower Bridge
George Read stated that this is to allow a mine at the site
of an old diatomaceous earth mine. He stated that the
applicants have agreed to dedicate 10 feet along the river
to the Redmond Parks District.

of Oregon. Highway 20 East
Rick Isham stated that the description of the property on
the deed was done by the engineering stations and that when
the road was re -engineered, the description needed to be
changed.

Deschutes County and the State for Highway 20.

The regular meeting was adjourned and reconvened as the Board of
Directors of the Seventh Mountain County Service District.
14. Possible Signature of Resolution No. 86-077 Transferring
Appropriations, Seventh Mtn. County Service District
This would tranfer funds from the contingency fund to
specialized equipment. Rick Isham stated that he does not
know what this transfer is for. Mike Maier was not sure
either. This item will be postponed until next week.
