All the properties are south of Sunriver and west of Hwy. 97 and have been appraised. The minimum bid is 80% of the appraised value of each parcel. Seventy-Six of the 81 are appraised at $3,000 or less. MOTION: MAUDLIN moved that the land sale list be put up for bid for the date scheduled, April 30, 1987, that the parcels be sold for cash for all parcels $4,000 or less and that the balance of the parcels be sold on contract with 9% interest with 10% down for a term not exceeding 10 years.
