Possible Adoption of Order No. 87-028, for Sale of County-
Owned Surplus Property for Thrusday, April 30, 1987
Karen Green stated that this allows the sheriff to sell
surplus property at auction. All the properties are south
of Sunriver and west of Hwy. 97 and have been appraised.
The minimum bid is 80% of the appraised value of each
parcel. Seventy-Six of the 81 are appraised at $3,000 or
less.
MOTION: MAUDLIN moved that the land sale list be put up
for bid for the date scheduled, April 30, 1987,
that the parcels be sold for cash for all parcels
$4,000 or less and that the balance of the parcels
be sold on contract with 9% interest with 10% down
for a term not exceeding 10 years.
