Also present were Rick Isham, Legal Counsel, and Karen Green, Assistant Legal Counsel. 1. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA There were two amendments to the agenda. 2. LONGEVITY PIN The Board presented Nina Ladd with her five-year longevity pin. 3. BUSINESS LOAN WITH BELLATRIX SYSTEMS, INC. MOTION: Commissioner Maaudlin made a motion to finalize the business loan with Bellatrix Systems, Inc. Commissioner Throop seconded. VOTE: MAUDLIN: Yes THROOP: Yes PRANTE: Yes 4. SIGNATURE OF EASEMENTS MOTION: Commissioner Throop moved to approve the signature of easements for the General Patch Bridge approach and South Century Drive Realignment. Commissioner Maudlin seconded. VOTE: THROOP: Yes MAUDLIN: Yes PRANTE: Yes 5. RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT MOTION: Commissioner Throop moved to approve the right-of-way easement with Pacific Power & Light.
