THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 86-073 is amended to
read as follows:
"Certain books or publications, copies of which are on
file with the Deschutes County Clerk, marked and enti-
tled CABO One & Two Family Dwelling Code, 1986 Edition
and 1987 Oregon One & Two Family Dwelling Specialty
Code Supplement - Effective March 26, 1977, hereby are
adopted as the code for one- and two-family dwellings
in unincorporated Deschutes County, Oregon; and said
dwelling code, so adopted and on file in the office of
the Clerk, hereby is referred to and by this reference
made a part of this Ordinance as though fully set out
herein."
Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on July 1,
1987.
