Memo to : Board File
From : Larry Rice
Subject : Reason for rock for Cemetery
Date : 7-29-87
The LaPine Cemetery is in need of two loads of gravel for
its parking area and the public road. The present condition
of the road is poor and could cause ingress and egress
problems as the weather turns cold this winter.
The department has determined that two loads of standard
gravel now stockpilled on Burgess Road will correct the
problem and result in increased public safety on this public
road.It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners
authorize the unloading of two loads of rock near the end of
the road for use in making the necessary improvements by
others as in the interest of public safety and welfare.
