1987-22904-Order No. 87-074 Recorded 11/6/19871� REVI-WED I CJ�1,NS;1 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DE�CHUT 9 -COUNTY, au GON An Order Directing Transfer of Property to the State of Oregon, Military Department. 87-22-501 ORDER NO. 87-074 WHEREAS, ORS 271.330 provides that Deschutes County may transfer property to another governmental body after hearing; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held on November 4, 1987; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners determined that Deschutes no longer needed certain property for public use; and WHEREAS, no objections to the transfer of the property were expressed at said hearing; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, be transferred to State of Oregon, Military Department, without consideration. Section 2.
