WHEREAS, the State of Oregon has established a goal o rR
implementing a statewide emergency telephone system utilizirig he

WHEREAS, public and private safety agencies throughout
Oregon are working diligently to implement 911 telephone service
by, or before, January 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the implementation of 911
service serves to provide citizens with
