ORDER NO. 88-075
WHEREAS, Peter Brockman has petitioned the Board of County
commissioners for the purchase in the name of the record owner of
tax foreclosed property pursuant to ORS 275.180; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
Petitioner's petition, and having received payment for past due
taxes, penalties, deed costs, recording fees and administrative
fees in the amount of $78,526.75; and
WHEREAS, it appearing that such sale should be made; now,
therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners sell to
Pine Rock Corporation, now known as Treetop Ry. Co., the property
described in Exhibit "A", subject to all encumbrances of record
and those common and apparent on the land.
