PUBLIC HEARING
VON ALEXANDER APPEAL
OF HEARINGS OFFICER'S DENIAL OF VARIANCE REQUEST
11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 15, 1989
Hearings Room, County Administration Building
Chair Prante called the public hearing to order at 11:15 a.m.
Board members in attendance were Dick Maudlin, Lois Bristow Prante
and Tom Throop. Also present were Rick Isham, County Legal Counsel
and Craig Smith, Planning Director.
Dave Jaqua, 1655 W Highland, Redmond, spoke on behalf of the
applicant. He said that he and his clients had been discussing a
possible resolution with the attorney for the opponents and
therefore, they requested a continuation of the public hearing.
The public hearing was continued until March 29, 1989, at 9:00 a.m.
in the Hearings Room of the Deschutes County Administration
Building.
