Chair Prante reconvened the meeting at 11:20 a.m. Board members
in attendance were Dick Maudlin, Tom Throop and Lois Bristow
Prante. Also present was Rick Isham, County Legal Counsel.
1. RESOLUTION 89-057, AMENDING THE TRUST AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FOR
REFUNDING THE COUNTY'S CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION, SERIES
1987.
Before the Board was signature of Resolution 89-057, amending
the terms of the Installment Purchase and Trust Agreement to
provide for the refunding of the County's Certificates of
Participation, Series 1987.
PRANTE: Entertain a motion to sign Resolution 89-057.

2. INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AND TRUST AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC
BANK OREGON

Throop on an Installment Purchase and Trust Agreement with
Security Pacific Bank Oregon as Trustee.
