PUBLIC HEARING: ORDINANCE 89-016 EXCEPTION TO MOBILE HOME PLACEMENT STANDARDS FOR HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE MOBILE HOMES Before the Board was a Public Hearing on Ordinance 89-016, Amending PL-5, the County Zoning Ordinance to allow exceptions to the Mobile Home Placement Standards for handicapped accessible mobile homes. An exception would be allowed for handicapped accessible mobile homes when the applicant had owned both the mobile home and the lot prior to the adoption of Ordinance 89-004 on February 22, 1989. Expenses paid would be equivalent to the least expensive travel option. If the employee were to choose another mode of transportation, he would have to make up the difference.
