1989-18927-Resolution No. 89-069 Recorded 7/27/1989REV9ED 89- 18927 L� COUNSEL BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES- CA�" TY� Unzt7un A Resolution Establishing an * 0096 0527 Imprest Cash Account for * co Handling Minor Disbursements * z] for the Deschutes County Library, and Providing Procedures. * --4 r` +� a N WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Library has a need foi? ;ca► h account for minor cash disbursements and making change; andE RESOLUTION NO. 89 -069 WHEREAS, ORS 294.465 provides that imprest cash accounts for handling minor disbursements must be established by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That an imprest cash account for the handling of minor disbursements and making change be established for the Deschutes County Library. Section 2. That $350.00 from account number 03 -53 -2201, Library Fund, be transferred to the account. Section 3. That the object and purpose of the account is to pay minor disbursements for materials and services necessary to the operation of the Deschutes County Library, and to make change for Library patrons. Section 4. Depletions from the account may be replenished from the Materials and Services line items of the Library Fund. Section 5. Expenditure of funds out of the imprest cash account shall be supported by a receipt for the material or service purchased. An accounting of all such expenditures shall be maintained with the account records. Section 6.
