of Arnold Market Road No. 6,
located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
ORDER NO. 89-067
WHEREAS, a petition requesting a vacation of a portion of Arnold
Market Road No. 6, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein, was filed with the Board of County
Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, on September 13, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intent to
vacate said Road by Resolution No. 89-075, dated September 13, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on October 25, 1989 to consider the
proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the public interest to
vacate the public property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That Deschutes County Department of Public Works
initiated said vacation.
Section 3. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark
the plat, if any, as provided in ORS 271.230.
Section 4. That this Order shall be recorded with the Deschutes
County Clerk, and copies shall be filed with the Deschutes County
Surveyor and County Assessor.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ARNOLD MARKET ROAD NO. 6 VACATION

A portion of Arnold market Road No. 6, a sixty (60) foot
right of way, established September 6, 1928 and situated in
a portion of Sections 19, 20 and 29 Township 18 South Range 13
East W.M. and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the South one-quarter corner of said Section
20; thence South 751 141 West 79.80 feet; thence along the arc of
a V curve to the right, through a central angle of 240 361, a
distance of 615.00 feet; thence North 800 101 West 1146.80 feet;
thence along the arc of a 40 curve to the left, through a central
angle of 141 581, a distance of 374.20 feet; thence South 84' 52,
West 1095.90 feet; thence along the arc of a 30 curve to the
right, through a central angle of 20* 391, a distance of 688.30
feet; thence North 74* 29" West 314.50 feet; thence along the arc
of a 30 curve to the left, through a central angle of 25* 571, a
distance of 865.00 feet; thence South 790 341 West 1692.70 feet;
thence along the arc of a 20 curve to the right, through a
central angle of 80 481, a distance of 440.00 feet; thence South
881 22, West 740.00 feet more or less to the westerly line of
Section 19, Township 18 South, Range 13 East W.M. and there
terminating.
Excepting therefrom, that portion lying within the H.B. Ford Road
right of way.
SUBJECT TO the reservation of a utilities easement in and upon
a portion of the property lying within Section 19; for the
purposes of continuing, constructing, installing, maintaining,
repairing, reconstructing, replacing, enlarging and altering;
wires, poles, pipes, lines, structures, casings supports,
equipment, facilities and appurtenances; at the present and in
the future; necessary or convenient; to Deschutes County, a
political subdivision of the State of Oregon, its agents,
licensees and permittees; forever.
