ORDER NO. 90-002 WHEREAS, a petition requesting a vacation of a portion of Stag Drive adjacent to Lot 4 "The Farm" Subdivision, described in Exhibit "A", att,iched hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, was filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, on November 22, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intent to vacate said Road by Resolution No. 89-090, dated November 22, 1989; and WHEI,EAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with law; and WHE.'�EAS, a hearing was held on January 3, 1990 to consider the proposed vacation; and WHE1`11EAS, the Board finds that it is in the public interest to ,vacate tiIe public property; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated. Section 2. That Deschutes County requested that this road be vacated, and therefore payment of costs is waived. Section 3. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark the plat, if any, as provided in ORS 271.230. Section 4.
