ORDER NO. 90-002
WHEREAS, a petition requesting a vacation of a portion of Stag
Drive adjacent to Lot 4 "The Farm" Subdivision, described in Exhibit
"A", att,iched hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, was
filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County,
Oregon, on November 22, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intent to
vacate said Road by Resolution No. 89-090, dated November 22, 1989; and
WHEI,EAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with law; and
WHE.'�EAS, a hearing was held on January 3, 1990 to consider the
proposed vacation; and
WHE1`11EAS, the Board finds that it is in the public interest to
,vacate tiIe public property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That Deschutes County requested that this road be
vacated, and therefore payment of costs is waived.
Section 3. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark
the plat, if any, as provided in ORS 271.230.
Section 4. That this Order shall be recorded with the Deschutes
County Clerk, and copies shall be filed with the Deschutes County
Surveyor and County Assessor.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED REALIGNMENT
OF A PART OF STAG ROAD

A strip of land being a portion of Stag Road in the
subdivision plat of Plat #271 of "The Farm" as filed on
November 30, 1979 in the office of the County Clerk of
Deschutes County, and being located in the Nw 1/4 of Section
24, Township 17 South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County,
Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 4 of said Plat, being
a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of Stag Drive;
thence along said right-of-way line South 00 degrees 00
minutes 50 seconds West 1.98 feet to a point on a 123.34
foot radius curve to the right; thence along the arc of
said curve 92.01 feet, the chord of which bears South 21
degrees 23 minutes 06 seconds 89.89 feet; thence leaving
said right-of-way line North 42 degrees 45 minutes 21
seconds East 27.86 feet to a point on a 172.99 foot
radius curve to the left; thence along the arc of said
curve 76.02 feet, the chord of which bears North 30
degrees 09 minutes 59 seconds East 75.41 feet to a point
on the North line of said Lot 4; thence along said North
line North 89 degrees 55 minutes 31 seconds West 24.03

Contains 0.02 Acres (924.32 SQ. FT.).
SUBJECT TO the reservation of a utilities easement in
and upon all of the property; for the purposes of
continuing, constructing, installing, maintaining,
repairing, reconstructing, replacing, enlarging and
altering; wires, poles, pipes, lines, structures,
casings supports, equipment, facilities and
appurtenances; at the present and in the future;
necessary or convenient; to Deschutes County, a
