Chair Throop called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. Board m' et s."--
in attendance were Dick Maudlin, Tom Throop and Lois Bristow
Prante. Also present were Brad Chalfant, Property Manager; "=I~ dk
Isham, County Legal Counsel; Larry Rice, Public Works Direct0
and Karen Green, Community Development Director.
TETHEROW HOUSE TENANT/CARETAKER CANDIDATES
Before the Board was a recommendation from Brad Chalfant that Renee
Lamoreaux and James Priestly be offered a lease for the Tetherow
House. All of the candidates he interviewed were excellent, but
he felt that this couple was more capable of accomplishing the
necessary maintenance.
