WHEREAS, a petition requesting a vacation or a 4 a 91
foot (501) public road easement located near Rocking Horse Road on Lot
105 of River Bend Estates, located in Deschutes County, Oregon,
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, was filed with the Board of County Commissioners
of Deschutes County, Oregon, on June 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners declared its intent to
vacate said Road by Resolution No. 90-034, dated June 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on July 18, 1990 to consider the
proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the public interest to
vacate the public property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That G.E. Raleigh and Associates is liable for the
payment of costs in the amount of $350.00 resulting from this approved
vacation.
Section 3. That any person liable for payment of costs shall pay
the amount of costs established.
Section 4. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark
the plat, if any, as provided in ORS 271.230.
Section 5. That this order shall be recorded with the Deschutes
County Clerk, and copies shall be filed with the Deschutes County
Surveyor and County Assessor.

twenty five (25) feet on either side of the centerline
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of the River Bend
Estates subdivision whence the northeast corner of Section
19, Township 18 South, Range 12 East W.M. bears North 420
291 24" East 1351.72 feet; thence South 220 021 0211 West
59.35 feet; thence South 260 481 4511 West 315.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence South 540 541 17" West
577.62 feet; thence South 210 53, 35" West 697.29 feet;
thence South 540 551 07" West 212.0 feet more or less to the
westerly property line of Lot 105 River Bend Estates and
there'terminating.
