WHEREAS, ORS 271.330 provides that Deschutes
transfer real property not needed by the County to
governmental body after a hearing; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on June 27, 1990;

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that
Deschutes County no longer needs certain real property for public
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that the
LaPine Park and Recreation District is a governmental body of the
State of Oregon and will use certain real property for a public
purpose; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the transfer of said real property
were expressed at said hearing; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County's interest in the real
property described as
Lots 144, 145, 150 and 151 in Section 14, Township 22
South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian,
Deschutes County, Oregon;
be transferred to the LaPine Park and Recreation District, the
true consideration of which shall be the continued use of said
property for public park purposes, pursuant to ORS 271.330.
Section 2. That a bargain and sale deed be executed and
delivered transferring said property to the LaPine Park and
Recreation District, subject to the reservations and reversionary
interest of the United States of America, as delineated in Patent
Number 36-88-0018.
