Also present were Kevin Harrison, Planner and Rick Isham, County Counsel. 1. CONSENT AGENDA Consent agenda items before the Board were: #1, signature of Mental Health Services Subcontract with Central Oregon Alcohol Council; and #2, chair signature of OLCC application for Lucky's Tavern in Bend. PUBLIC HEARING: SUNRIVER OWNERS' ASSOCIATION APPEAL Before the Board was an appeal by the Sunriver Owners' Association of the Hearings Officer's approval of a replat of lots 11, 12, and 13 of Block 4 of River Village I in the Sunriver Planned Community. The approval entailed the reduction of the original 50 foot setback to 40 feet for lot 11, and to 15 feet for lots 12 and 13. Chair Throop opened the Public Hearing. Win Frances, attorney for the applicants, requested that the public hearing be continued to November 7, 1990, since he felt the parties might be able to reach a settlement to bring back for the Board's consideration. Chair Throop continued the public hearing to November 7, 1990, at 10 a. m. 3. LAPINE SEWER GRANT CLOSING DOCUMENTS Before the Board was chair signature of the Oregon Community Development Block Grant Program Project Completion Report and Certification for the LaPine Sewer Project. RESOLUTION 90-098 PROCLAIMING DISABILITY AWARENESS DAY Before the Board was signature of Resolution 90-098 proclaiming October 22, 1990, as Disability Awareness Day in Deschutes County.
