Fall River Drive, a public way,
in the Fall River Estates
Subdivision.
ORDER NO. 90-169
WHEREAS, this matter having come before the Board of County
Commissioners at the request of the Public Works Director; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having been advised
of the Director of Public Works' recommendation to determine the
condition of the local access road bridge in accordance with ORS
368.031(2); now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the Department of Public Works is hereby
authorized to perform the work as requested by the Director of Public
Works as a single project.
Section 2. That the Public Works Director shall file a Report
with the Board of County Commissioners and the Homeowner's
Association, after the inspection has been completed describing the
condition of the bridge and the alternatives available to address the
problem.
Section 3. Upon receipt of the report, the Board of County
Commissioners shall direct the Public Works Director to take
appropriate interim remedial action as is appropriate.
