Commissioners declare its intention to exchange
proper resolution; and

WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving
objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with
Gale H. Burwell and Anna E. Surcamp, as tenants in common, and Frank
S. Hemstreet and Marlene L. Hemstreet, Co- Trustees of the Hemstreet
Family Trust, William T. Criswell, and Sharon L. Criswell; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer a non-
exclusive, relocatable road easement described as:
An easement 30 feet wide for ingress and egress purposes
located in Government Lot 7 of Section Six (6), Township
Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12), East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, the centerline of said
easement lying 15 feet on each side of the following described
line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence
North 00 °20'17" West along the East line of said Lot 7 a
distance of 60.94 feet to the center of an existing dirt road
and the True Point of Beginning; thence North 77 °20'15" West
along the center of said dirt road a distance of 1168 feet more
or less to the Easterly right -of -way line of Johnson County road
and the End of This Description.

The land to be transferred by Gale H. Burwell and Anna E. Surcamp, as
tenants in common, and Frank S. Hemstreet and Marlene L. Hemstreet,
Co- Trustees of the Hemstreet Family Trust, William T. Criswell, and
Sharon L. Criswell is described as follows:
An easement over, across, and through a portion of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4, SW1 /4) of
Section 6, Township 17 South, Range 12, East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to
the above land trade will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
December 18, 1991, at the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building,
Bend.
Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice
of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of this
Resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A," attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin"
once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the date of such
hearing.

On Wednesday, December 18, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. in the Deschutes
County Juvenile Justice Building, Bend, the Board of County
Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, will hold a hearing on a land
exchange of real property between Deschutes County and Gale H. Burwell
and Anna E. Surcamp, as tenants in common, and Frank S. Hemstreet and
Marlene L. Hemstreet, Co- Trustees of the Hemstreet Family Trust, William
T. Criswell, and Sharon L. Criswell. The real property to be
transferred by Deschutes County is described as follows:
An easement 30 feet wide for ingress and egress purposes

An easement over, across, and through a portion of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4, SW1 /4) of
Section 6, Township 17 South, Range 12, East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon.
The property being transferred by Deschutes County consists of a
road easement. The easement crosses county land and links up with
Johnson Road west of Tumalo State Park.
The property being transferred to Deschutes County consists of an
easement along the west bank of the Deschutes River across from Tumalo
State Park.
Any person may appear and make objections to the proposed exchange.
