"s: ::".-k4� cn r? 0108 0113 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioner declare its intention to exchange an interest in land by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of interest in land; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange an interest in land with Gary L. DeBernardi and Ella J. DeBernardi, husband and wife; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer an interest in the real property described below: All in Section 25, Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12), East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon; the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W' NE1), containing 79.09 acres, more or less. The interest in land to be transferred by Gary L. DeBernardi and Ella J. DeBernardi, husband and wife, pertains to the real property described below: The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW's SW34) of Section Fourteen (14), TOWNSHIP EIGHTEEN (18) SOUTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, Deschutes County, Oregon. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above described exchange will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 8, 1992, at the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building, Bend. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of this Resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin" once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the date of such hearing. The property interest being transferred to Deschutes County consists of a right of reversion on property being acquired by Bend Metro Park and Recreation District northwest of 27th Street and Knott Road in Bend.
