A Resolution Authorizing
the Chair of the Board of
County Commissioners to
Execute a Grant Agreement
with the State of Oregon
Pertaining to Historic
Preservation Planning

RESOLUTION NO. 92 -001
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That it is in the best interest of Deschutes
County to enter into a certain grant agreement, identified as
Historic Preservation Fund Agreement, Archaeological Historic
Context, HPF #9110 with the State of Oregon by and through its
State Parks and Recreation Department pertaining to cultural
resource survey and planning activities.
Section 2. That Dick Maudlin, Chairman of this municipal
corporation be, and he hereby is authorized, directed and
empowered, in the name of this corporation, to execute such Grant
Agreement.
