1992-04985-Order No. 92-005 Recorded 1/29/1992BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES An Order Removing a Weight Load Limit on a portion of Ward Road, a County, Road * 92-04985 ORDER NO. 92-005 REVI D COU T)'p 9CWNSEL Tim WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is vested '*- with with the authority pursuant to ORS 810.030 to impose limits as to any gross weight of any vehicle, or combination of vehicles, that in their judgment are necessary to protbfO Q 1.5'7 County road from being unduly damaged; and U WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having been advised of the Director of Public Works' recommendation as to the removal of gross weight limitations on a portion of Ward Road; and WHEREAS, A portion of Ward Road has been reconstructed, negating the necessity of load limitations of that portion as recommended by the Director of Public Works; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the gross weight load limit for the portion of Ward Road from Highway 20 to Stevens Road be removed, as recommended by the Director of Public Works. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works remove all posted signs giving notice of the gross weight limitations on that portion of Ward Road described in Section 1. DATED this day of 1992.
