WHEREAS, on November 6, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners of
Deschutes County, Oregon, initiated, by Resolution No. 91-093, the
improvement of certain dedicated public roads known as 73rd Street and
Gift Road in Whispering Pine Estates Subdivision in Deschutes County,
Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the resolution was referred to the County Engineer who
investigated the improvement and estimated the cost of the improvement,
and a cost estimate of this improvement has been prepared in accordance
with ORS 371.625; and
WHEREAS, notice pursuant to ORS 371.630 had been mailed to each
benefited property owner; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on the proposed improvement was held on January
22, 1992, at the Deschutes County Administration Building, Bend, for the
purpose of hearing remonstrances to said improvement; and
WJiEREAS, four (4) objections were filed with the Board of County
Commissioners regarding said road improvement; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS
as follows:
Section 1. To improve a certain dedicated road known as 73rd Street
and Gift Road, to Deschutes County local road standards for the benefit of
the area described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the dedicated public roads to be improved within the
district described in Section 1 of this Order are to be improved by
contract and are described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein.

Section 3. This Order is notice that the land described in Section 1
of this Order is subject to a lien of the assessment of the cost of the
improvements in an amount to be determined later by order of the County
Court.
Section 4. That the County Clerk shall endorse upon the order the
date of the filing thereof. The County Clerk shall record and index the
amount of the estimated cost set forth in Exhibit "C", attached hereto and
by this reference incorporated herein, in the lien docket in the office of
the County Clerk as the pre -assessment lien upon the real property.
