WHEREAS, a final hearing regarding the annexation of territory
to LaPine Rural Fire Protection District was held on April 22,
1992; and
WHEREAS, sufficient written requests for an election were not
filed by resident voters within the district; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the territory described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is
hereby annexed to LaPine Rural Fire Protection District.
Section 2. That the territory described in Exhibit "A" and
depicted on the map marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, shall be considered annexed to
LaPine Rural Fire Protection District as of the date of this Order.
Section 3. The purpose of this District is to provide fire
protection service within said District.

Sunriver Business Park Annexation to LaPine RFPD
A tract of land located in Township 20 South, Range 11 East
Willamette Meridian, Section 5, Deschutes County, generally
described as comprised of the Sunriver Business Park (as platted by
the Business Park I, Business Park II, and Business Park III plats
in the Deschutes County deed records) and certain additional
adjacent unplatted land owned by the Bend-LaPine School District,
all of which property is generally circumscribed by South Century
Drive (to the north and west), the Burlington Northern Railway (to
the east) and the section line dividing Section 5 from Section 8
(to the south), and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of
Section 5 in Township 20 South and Range 11 East of the Willamette
Meridian in Deschutes County, Oregon; and running thence North
89°35140" East 1748.85 feet along the south line of said southeast
quarter to the southeast corner of Lot 11 Block 2 BUSINESS PARR III
and the westerly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad
right-of-way; thence leaving said south line North 04°55115" West
1321.10 feet along said westerly right-of-way to a %" iron rod;
thence South 89 °42' 01" West 25.08 feet to a %" iron rod; thence
North 04°55115" West 413.27 feet to a %" iron rod; thence North
85°04,55" East 25.00 feet to a %" iron rod; thence North 04"55115"
West 410.23 feet to a %" iron rod at the northeast corner of Lot 6
in said block and the southerly right-of-way of South Century
Drive; thence leaving said westerly right-of-way and following said
southerly right-of-way and following said southerly right-of-way
North 85017123" West 327.81 feet to a %" iron rod; thence South
89019155" West 313.15 feet to a %" iron rod; thence 358.40 feet
along the arc of a 960.00 foot radius curve left (the long chord of
