That the territory described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby annexed to LaPine Rural Fire Protection District. Section 2. That the territory described in Exhibit "A" and depicted on the map marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, shall be considered annexed to LaPine Rural Fire Protection District as of the date of this Order. Section 3. The purpose of this District is to provide fire protection service within said District. DATED this 22nd day of April, 1992.
