WHEREAS, the right-of-way described in Section 1 is a public right-of-
way within unincorporated Deschutes County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, said right-of-way has been constructed to county standards; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has recommended that the Board of County
Commissioners accept said right-of-way into the county maintained system; and
WHEREAS, the County may not expend road fund monies on said right-of-way
unless said right-of-way is accepted into the county maintained system; now,
therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS
as follows:
Section 1. That the public right-of-way described as:
A tract of land located in the SW h of Section 28, Township 21 South,
Range 10 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the West h Corner of said Section 28; thence, along
the South line of Tall Pines Fifth Addition subdivision as shown
on Deschutes County Plat No. 339, dated September 1977, South 89
degrees 18 minutes 43 seconds East 60.00 feet; thence, leaving
said South line, 153.86 feet along the arc of a 280.00 foot radius
non -tangent curve to the right, the chord of which bears South 15
degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds West 151.93 feet; thence South 31
degrees 37 minutes 5,6 seconds West 10.17 feet to a point on the
East line of Forest view subdivision as shown on Deschutes County
Plat No. 11, dated June 1971; thence, along said East line, North
04 degrees 48 minutes 12 seconds West 156.05 feet to the Point of
Beginning. Contains 0.13 acres (5,937.5 Sq. Ft.).
