r.
Gentlemen:
We were the owners of a home located at
17135 Palamino Drive, Sisters, Oregon, which was
totally destroyed in the Sage Flat forest fire on
June 8, 1992.
It is our intention to rebuild the same
house plan. We have started the process of getting
the permits with the Community Development Department,
and they have advised us to write this letter request-
ing a waiver of permit fees.
We are going to build part of this ourselves
so have opted for a cash settlement from our insurance
company: We, therefore, respectfully request the
County Commissioners to waive any and all building
permit fees.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Very sincerely yours,
Richard P. Wilson
